double jumps pose an increased danger over a table top jump. if you come up short on a table top you can usually ride out of it. however, if you come up short on a double you can be seriously hurt. my recommendations is find a table top that is about the same distance and form and then run it until you feel EXTREMELY comfortable with it. then with the double start off slow and get a feel for the face of the first jump...continue to increase your speed until you are flat landing right in front of the landing jump. then find someone that lands this jump and follow them through the jump. keep the same speed they have over the jump. remember...it's less painful to slightly overshoot a jump than to come up short.
good luck...ken
