Hey haven’t been in here in awhile so forget where to and how to post a topic! Very sorry if this is the wrong area.

I have a 2010 Crf250r that’s rebuilt has it all done and runs fine, but I want to check my tps range and see where it’s at cause I think it’s out of adjustment when the throttle body was removed, anywho, does the bike need to be running to test and adjust it? Or can I do it with the throttle body off? I read you need a multimeter and some sort of power supply? What kind of power supply would I need?

Here is the test from my Service Manual , it is for 04-09 , but the 10 should be the same , it is done with the bike not running
