    Yeah think so too. Not bad. Just got the bike put back together again tonight. New gaskets should do the job. Rough noise from top end now. Think the tnesioner not to good. Sounds like timing chain or the valves. But they were done not even an hour ago. So tomorrow or Friday time to check timing again. Not losing coolent anymore. YESSSSS!!! Did the header tank add on.Total spent on valves, gaskets, waterpump rebuild, service kit, sprockets, chain, tyre, grips and spoke covers $750.

    Just need to sort out timing and clearance, valves are stainless and were in spec done by a machine shop/ motor rebuild shop. The should not need setting so soon. Must be timing out and need to carb settings as i checked jetting and fuel air ratio might be faulty.

    Yes its highly possible the Tensioner is what is causing the noise , or attributing to it , and glad the suggestion about the overflow tank helped you out , it looks like it was meant to be there ... ;)
