The Rekluse EXP 3.0 doesn't affect how he clutch components wear. Some will tell you the fibers and drive plates wear faster but if that's the case for them it's likely due to the Rekluse working for them (slipping the clutch when needed more than their clutch skills allowed).
While I have not removed my clutch perch I don't see a reason it could not be completely removed. I like to have it as there are times when I like to clutch manually (to braap braap to get my riding buddy the "come on...let's go! or to free ride-disengage the clutch).
Many people swear by the left handed brake...especially coming down steep gnarly hills where you have to dab a right foot at times.
We offer the Rekluse with a 30-day no questions asked return. So, really everyone with a dirt bike should try a Rekluse. What I have found is I'm faster in the difficult areas (rutted out hill climbs, trail trash, etc.), can focus on my line, throttle control and just have more enjoyment not having to be concerned with clutching and stalling.
