Hello all,

I have an 07 250x and just removed the head and have it to a shop and they fixed a few things. I was wondering do I just need to buy a head gasket or is it a spacer like on some of the KTMs? Also what are the torque specs for the 4 head bolts?

Welcome to the site !

All that is required is a head gasket to re-attach the head , no spacers to alter compression , etc

As far as Torque , 29 ft lbs / 39 Nm for the 4 main head nuts , then 7 ft lbs / 10 Nm for the 2 small bolts on the left side of the head

Also 12 ft lbs / 16 Nm for the Cam Tower Bolts
