    China Hat Head On

So there I was. Having an amazing ride on my new to me 450R. First time on a real MX bike and was loving it. The dirt was perfect and traction was as good as it gets.

When someone having just as much fun coming the other way met up with us. I don't know any of the guys in the video but the guy who came around the corner and hit the KTM I was following broke his foot.

That was about it. I got some gas spilt down my arm, other than that I walked away just fine. Rode like a little girl the rest of the day expecting a quad to come around the corner and run me over.

My son and I did the Shane Watts Dirtwise weekend 2 weeks back, and the instructor (Jason Thomas) made a point of that many, many times. My son and I were the only ones there that weren't racing GNCC or motocross and Jason said how dangerous 'trail riding' is because of the 2 way trails. He seemed to think that riding through the woods as fast as you could possibly go was less dangerous.

    Maybe he's right...
