    Rider Weight

    by jmccool » Mon Nov 21, 2005 7:55 pm

Does anyone know the rider weight that Honda designed the CRF150F for? This will help in my decisions as to how far to go with suspension mods on mine.

    Thanks,
    John

thanks for the replies....I'm just trying to figure out if adjusting the preload with the washers and thicker oil in the front fork combined with cranking the preload on the rear shock will be enough suspension work for my little 150 to handle a rider weight of 175 lbs.....seems if the bike can handle 220 I should be OK, any thoughts?

The CRF250R and CRF450R are sprung for 175lbs. riders, considering the CRF150 is a playbike the weight is considerbly lower.

    You need to respring it!
