    Stripped in which way?

The head of the screw, or the threads?

If it is the head, often you can use a dremel tool with the disc cutter to make another grove...

The head is stripped, that is what i was thinking about making another grove. I don't have one of those tools is there another way to do it?

    Which one is it?… Exactly.

If the head is stripped then there are a number of ways to remove it.

More than likely channel locks will do the job. Or a very small stilson.

Next time use a socket or box end wrench of the right size. Carb bolts are not supposed to be so tight.

hacksaw.. or maybe even a file..

    whatever you do though!
try not to knick the carb, the metal is very soft.

even more so inside, so just take your time and be careful

You need to add an impact screwdriver to your tool collection.

Can you get a small a pair of vise grips in there to pull it out? Or is it countersunk?

The impact of your hammer striking the impact screw driver will break the screw free without stripping it. But it sounds like it is too late in your situation...
