I dropped my bike the other day and broke the clutch lever. I would like shorter aftermarket levers. Where do you recommend I look. Are these levers universal? Can I buy other brands? I would prefer to use the factory perches, is that possible with aftermarket levers?

I have just had my bike a month and I have learned alot about riding. I only weigh 100#, but I think the suspension is a little soft even for me. I have learned alot reading your tips, thanks everyone for your help.

Hand gaurds are great! They will save levers, I like the cycra brand but they are more money,Acribis are reasonably priced. that way you can put on any lever that fits your budget! Good luck and have fun

OK, I have an answer to my own question in case any one else needs the information. The local Honda dealer ordered me MSR levers the clutch lever was part #341945. It was cheaper than the Honda and an inch shorter than stock. It was exactly what I was looking for.
