    Completed CRF120F

    by Billys2006CRF100F » Sun Aug 05, 2007 3:43 pm

Just over a year of hard work, long hours, and several busted knuckles and I would say my Son's bike is nearly complete. With only a BBR chain guard and Honda Bar Pad to add (both being shipped) We've done nearly everything we wanted to. My Son is mostly a trail rider and does like to jump occasionally. This bike suits him perfectly. In total, we've spent just over $1,600 on aftermarket parts. I thought of upgrading the front forks but, my wife has reached her limits to understanding my obsession and Billy really doesn't jump high enough to really make it worth it. Left click on the photo to enlarge or check out my garage link if you want to see more photos and descriptions of all 28 mods we've done.

Your actions got you banned, not me, and if you keep it up, I'm sure you'll get booted from this site too. Your childish name calling has no effect on me. Grow up!

57.1 mph but, that was before the BBR Big Bore 120cc and BBR 26mm Carb Kit were installed. We haven't made a speed run since. I would estimate mid 60's with the 15F and 46R sprockets.

I enjoy spending the time together with him. It's great that we can share a common interest. He's about to become a teenager and will soon have other interests like girls and cars.

That's cool. My daughter is almost 5 and son almost 2, it's great being able to do stuff with them.
Looking forward to getting my daughter on a bike soon!

One of the best times I ever had with my Dad was rebuilding an old 1970 Bronco. I'll never forget it!

You are rude and unwilling to admit you are wrong. You cursed at me repeatedly, and wish my Son would break every bone in his body when he rode next. What kind of person says that? My Son will never act like you! I will never acknowledge a single post of your's ever again. I wish you would go away and never come back. Your posts are not worth reading and most of the time illegible aways. Grow up and admit when you're wrong. Don't argue with people when they don't aggree with what you say.

Nice job on the bike. :) I had to stop at sprockets as my girl friend keeps trying to kill herself on it the way it is. Guess I could get her slow down lessons for her birthday. :)
Do you ride with Billy? My son and I are going on Saturday afternoon, what a great time to bond.

We ride together all the time. His riding skills are rapidly improving. He continues to ride faster and jump high each time out. I ride a Honda 400EX quad.
