Woke up nice and early today, and drove out to lancelin, about an hour and a half from my house.
Got there and unloaded, and started the bike up. It took a little while because it was still really cold and had been on the back of the trailer for so long.
Anyway it started and I left it for a few minutes while I put my gear on. I turned it off and went and grabbed a drink and did some other stuff quickly.
Started the bike again first kick. Took off no worries. Changed into second and stalled. Then for the next 2 hours I couldn't start the thing. Tried like 308740734898 kick start attempts, getting towed behind bike and car and good old push starts. No go.
Made no odd sounds before dying. No smoke.
The week before that ride I changed all the oils, filter and coolant. Also took the header off and tried that freezer thing. Valves set a few rides ago. Carby reset at same time. Air filter oiled before ride.
One other thing I noticed that was odd was that the amount I can twist my throttle, compared to my mates crf is very very small. from closed to full open was a slight movement. And after I kicked it over (and it failing to start) an airleak noise could be heard, but it was too hard to pinpoint where from.
Anything like this happened to anyone? Any ideas?
Ta for reading anyway. What a weekend

Cheers.
