...if you can believe Ken has any rivals when it comes to CS!
Just wanted to post a quick note in a few of the most popular Forums here on the Twenty20 Helmet Camera company. This is NOT about the product itself. I don't usually double/triple post things, but I think this is worthy so that many eyes see it.
I purchased a Twenty20 system last year from Ken. The Twenty20 system's battery pack is one 9V battery in a little case.
Just recently I had a get off which ended up crushing the part of the battery case that housed the on/off switch (the case isn't much bigger than the 9V battery itself.) The case was salvagable, but the on/off switch part wasn't. I sent an email to Twenty20 asking them to provide me with some intructions on which wires went where on the connections so that I could repair it myself. During this time, I also ordered some extra velcro from the (a $10 purchase.)
Anyway, Jason (with Twenty20) emailed me back with some questions. I decided to give him a call. We talked for a bit about my situation and Jason said they would just send me a new battery case. Keep in mind folks, for the most part, my warranty is expired and I the damage to the battery case was caused by me (not a manufacturer problem.)
Yesterday, my velcro and new battery case arrived. The battery case on their website is $29.99. They "no charged" the battery case.
If this isn't customer service...I don't know what is! I just wanted to share this with some of you folks that might be considering a helmet cam or a Twenty20 cam specifically. These guys are great!
