hello friends I have a CRF250X 2007 , what cam you think is better?

somes peoples tell me about the CRF250R OEM cam
or
HOT CAMS S1.

which of the you think is better for my motorcycle

That may depend on what type of power you are looking for. The Hot Cams Stage 1 improves low to mid power. I have read that the 450R cam improves mid to high in the 450X, but I don't know about the 250R.
To compare what I think are apples to apples, you would have to ask about the 250R cam vs. the Hot Cams Stage 2. They both affect the mid to upper , I believe.

My buddy has a 250R cam in an '04 250X and by the seat o' the pants dyno it has more power everywhere. Impressive upgrade. I've read that the Stage 1 Hot Cams is even better.

The '07 may be a whole different ball game though. The last rag I read with a writeup on the '07 X said they considerably increased the power and gave it the hit of the R. Head and shoulders above the earlier 250X's according to all the test riders.

I have a 04 250X, and installed the 04 250R cam this winter, as well as the CCC airbox mod, and AP mod. This bike rips on top end now, and I don't notice any less bottom end, but I never tryed the cam with the stock airbox setting. I think the Stage 1 hotcam will only increase bottom and midrange HP.
