CRF 302 ICE CUBE Specifications:
Fits 2004-2006 Honda CRF250R and CRF250X
Bore = 82mm Stroke = 57.2mm Displacement = 302cc
Engine Modifications Included:
Cylinder: Billet aluminum cylinder with a forged aluminum sleeve plated with Apticote 2000 ceramic bore coating.
Head: No head work needed.
Crankshaft: Stroke, balance and true.
Crankcase: Modifications necessary!! Case machining is included with installation charge. We will split, inspect, machine and reassemble your engine with a longer rod kit. If you purchase a "Bolt in kit": The crankcases must be machined to clear cylinder skirts and the connecting rod. You can send your cases to Maxpower to have this done ($300 for disassembly of the engine and $100 for machining), or Maxpower can send you photos and instructions.
Blueprint: Calculate deck height, squish clearance, trapped volume, and compression ratio and list on your perminant Spec-Sheet.

We will send you an ICE CUBE cylinder and crank assembly with all the modifications listed above, Maxpower long rod kit, and a piston/gasket set ready for you to assemble in your motor, allowing you to keep your stock parts and keep racing until your kit arrives. Note: The crankcases must be machined to clear the cylinder skirts.
