Thunder and lightnig hear in Santa Barbara. Started about 2 pm. It moved in off the ocean and compressed against the mountains then "crack, boom, bam," all hell broke loose for about 3 hours.

I'm going on a 5-day snowmobile trip this weekend. 21 degrees is a little warm actually, we leave Sat morning... They have a weather advisory for Sat/Sun/Mon. LES (Lake effect snow) and the high temp is supposed to 5.

Now that's what I'm talkin bout'!!

Super Ride Sunday...I've rode the last two Super Bowl Sundays and it was super fun! Suppose to be warm and sunny on Sunday. I've turned down SB parties the last two years...people don't understand....Thinking about turning down the 3 parties I've been invited to this year again to go riding.....don't know if I'll ever get a invite after not attending 3 times in a row. whoever said I have to like football that much? Am I rude to turn them down again?

Yep I was switching out circuits in SB all night, lightning hit 3 transmission lines knocking out all SB for 30 secs...that sucked. Ojai got hit too, although not as bad. I bet CC or Ridgecrest had to finally get SOME rain by last night its wet all over here west of Landscatter....
