    Tell me about El Mirage....

    by In2deep » Fri Jan 26, 2007 3:43 pm

I am thinking of a trip there this weekend. I have heard it has some good open areas for my wife to practice. What else though? Anything I should look for or stay away from?
    Thanks

If you are gonna make the trip, might as well take another 45 min and go out to Lucerne. Not as many people and much more diverse terrain.

El mirage has a dry lake bed thats as flat and level as

concrete 7 square miles or so.I went on it but only for a

few minutes it seem dangerous because its dusty and

people are coming from all direction and at full

speed. There are some trails too but it also seemed like

it was to easy to get Tbone by some quad or other bike

    rider...
