Hello all,first post and a bit ride asking a question right out.

I've just bought a 2015 CRF 250l and I love it. My KTM and I had a torrid relationship but this little Honda is awesome.

However,what is this?

The bike has a full Yoshimura system and ejk which I haven't explored yet but I think it's running a little rich.

Any and all ideas greatfully received,

Just kidding - welcome to the site.
Really have never seen anything like that - under a bike seat anyway. Best guess is that it may be a home made trickle battery charger. The one electrical lead looks to be 110v ? Follow it back and see where they go might give you some idea.

Had a look and I think its the Scottoiler adjusment.
