Are there certain years and/or models (e.g. 250R) that are interchangeable with the 2008 CRF250X?

For example, can I use a 2007 Honda CRF 250R cylinder head on my 2008 CRF250X?

Is there a reputable website that I can purchase a complete Top End (valves, cam, etc.) at a reasonable price?

Is there a reputable shop near Ashburn, VA?
