Hay guys i am Installing the 07R head,cam,pistion,exc.

currently i am running a 42pilot,158 main,R-needle 4th clip. all ccc mods and a procircut T-4 Exhaust..

Do you think i should up the main to stock R main..i think its a 170

Double check me, but I think the carburetor bore is larger on the '07 model... which may account for the larger main jet.

But your setup seems a little on the lean side to me.
If you're running a full aftermarket exhaust and all ccc mods, I'd be tempted to throw a 165 in there, just to see what she's like for grins and giggles. It couldn't hurt. Pretty easy to get to the main jet right thru the floatbowl drain bolt if for some reason you didn't like how it turned out.
