    I found this site last summer and it has been nothing but help! I have a 05 250x and it is a WAY better bike now. I just did the JD kit and now I am all smiles. What a wake up for the x!! My question is I am thinking about changing up the new FMF Ti Q4 pipe and I am curious what changes in my carb will be needed if any. Any body have opinions on these pipes? Awesome site! Thanks...

    If the air box is already opened up you would be able to increase the main jet. With the JD system installed, I was running a 42-158 with a stock pipe. After purchasing a FMF Powercore Ti and a Hotcam stage 1, I contacted JD and they suggested a 165. I also increased my pilot jet to a 45 with excellent results.
