New member here, super excited haven't had a dirt bike in years, just found this site,I have been reading posts about uncorking, jetting, kind of scary reading how lean stock jetting is,my bike has unaltered air box and exhaust and stock jetting. For now I just want to ride it,it starts and runs great,I live near sea level,my question is how long can I ride it or will riding it with factory jetting bad for motor. Thanks

Rejet ASAP. Not only will the bike perform like it's a different machine but it will run cooler and have less wear on the top end components.

Honda run them lean for emission reasons and restrict flow in and out of the motor so the smaller jets work. It will run better once done. I leave the rubber that the snorkel pushes into to leave a rounded path for the air and more free board at creek crossings.
Rick Ramsey’s site has good photos on how to change things out. Just google his name and crf230.
The 2003-2005 model needle with a 120 main would probably be your best bet. Definitely start with 45 idle jet. Some motors like a 48. The CRFs Only fuel screw is a must as well.
