    Honda for a gal.

Looking for suggestions for a Honda for my girlfriend. She is 5 foot 1 inch and 105 lbs soaking wet. She has never ridden, maybe a moped. Any suggestions on bikes?

    Thanks

My girlfriend is the same. I got her a crf100f and she is doing well. It is really low geared for her to learn. I am changing sprockets today as she has gotten better. When my son is big enough to ride the 100 I will get her a crf150r with a lowering kit. The number one rule. Don't take her on a trail you haven't checked out first. If she gets hurt, bye bye riding partner.

Pro Girlz couldn't be more right on this .....my wife rides a 900 street bike like a pro and when she decided she wanted to try dirt riding I started her on a TTR250 Yamaha, big mistake the thing was a little piggy and she went down hard , she was scared every time she rode it after that , so I sold the yammy and got a leftover CRF150F added a CR85 expert suspension front and rear and she is happy now !

Its probably a little late now, but the heck with what they said ! Just get her on the 450R right outa the gate, she'll get a lotta bang for the buck, even if its just Once !
