Anyone have details on this event? Is it open to the public? (or only the Moto club group?) If open to public, address? Spectator prices?

Fyi....the ride went very well. It was hot, but we prepared all week leading up to the event. We had a cool-zone (big tent with a misting system) setup for riders and spectators. Food, free water/gatorade, and teh track was pretty good all day. We had to water the track a lot but it worked out.

Billy Lichtle (Josh's brother) was there and setup a tent with t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items for donations. He said a few words about the foundation they have started to bring awareness to the dangers of overheating. http://www.godspeed811.com/

I spoke with Billy a little and it was obvious he and his brother were close. It was Billy's first time at a moto track since his brother passed and I could tell it was hard and a bit comforting at the same time.

We have another club event this weekend if anyone local would like to check things out. Please PM me (before Friday, no email at the track) if anyone is interested in getting some more info about our club. Thanks
