I'm thinking of riding some trails July 1st or 3rd over that way. There are some mountain trails near Spanish Fork or Tooele that I want to ride... ???

i've ridden at five mile but wouldn't go again. There are much better "singletrack" in the wasatch. There is also delle in skull valley which is fun, also the stansbury front and some more up at strawberry res. that are good trails and jeep roads. I will start checking this forum more often. Some friends and I are going on a 3 hr. road trip to a spot in wyoming that is a blast. Probly stay the night. nothing fancy, just the sleeping bag and a hobo dinner. I could get someone directions to the secret spot if you were so inclined.

There are several trails to ride. I mostly go on weekdays to avoid the crowds. If any of you can go weekdays then let me know. Knolls and Dell are great. There are also some great trails down south by St George, Utah (300+ miles from SLC).

i wish i lived in SLC. Just returned from a trip to Moab, ut with my brother and a bunch of his friends. There had to be like 25 of us there and everyone, besides my family, were from SLC. I hear you guys have a grip of sick riding spots within 30 minutes of SLC.

Good Luck on your search.

Well I'm hear in Salt Lake and see more bikes and 4-wheelers than I do people this weekend, just don't know where the hell they are all going?! Looking for somewhere close to SLC and Ogden. I'm living in Layton but moving to clearfield here soon when we close on the house.

I just moved from a 1550ft elevation and haved done anything to my bike yet, but now that I'm here in Salt Lake and it seems to be around 4000+ what are you guys running as far as jetting? I run the FMF jetting kit but don't want to play trial and error, it would be much easier to just change it out to what everyone else is running. ;)

:D Found my FMF Jet kit and installed a 155 and she runs like a champ! Tryed out a Utah MX track with the new set-up and it worked better than needed! Still getting used to this altitide.... I was sucking air after 5 laps and I thought I was ready to race some of these guys!
