    Baja riders

    by redrider911 » Tue Jan 01, 2008 12:44 pm

Just trying to plan some things for my baja trip this year. Planning on riding 150-200 miles a day, so I need goggles to last that long.

What do you guys do to prep your goggles?
Do you apply baby oil to the foam (not the part that touches your face)?
Do you clean with Pledge to help keep the dust off? Thanks for any info.

If you are just riding and not racing then do absolutely nothing to them! Spread out and enjoy the ride out of the dust!

Yeah, that's great if it was snowing there. I'm gonna try the Scott desert goggles, as well as my Voltage. I'll try w/o oil on the foam first and see what happens.
