As for Beaumont, the tickets do get written. I too went out looking for the video jumps, the few we found were sketchy, not groomed obviously and real dangerous. Shows you how good those riders are. The spot we were at was just south of the 10 off of the 79, we went west on a road south of the 84 lumber yard. As the houses get built the law enforcement teams on the quads get bigger. I was out a couple of years ago and could not enjoy myself constantly worrying about the cops. When we were resting at the truck we caught a break and the cop told us to vanish before he returned. Milestone is pretty good as long as you get there when it opens, after a couple hours the sandy terrain really gets torn up and the day I was there they did not groom it, just water. If you go for the first time, save yourself an hour and go around the line and go to the registration office for new sign ups (get your membership card picture). After that they send you to the reg booth to pay. It is pretty fun, not too many big jumps but the berms are great. Poway450 if you do go and find a nice big jump out there be sure to post, good luck.

One of my pals that's been riding B-ville for ever said much of the hills are being bulldozed now anyway. He drove all the way out there and ended up just coming home.
