Love the "trails" they show for Rowher. Looks like a super hwy!

I find myself fighting tempation today I know I not suppost

to but man I feel like riding on some dirtopia today even for just 15 minutes,no more like an hour and 15 minutes.Any time after wednesday I can,but I havent stopped my Plavix and I really should be off it for a week.I need some strenght,or someone to come and take my keys

That was fun my shoulders sore I didnt realize how
strenuous riding is Im pooped in only a 1/2 hour need
to get back into riding shape before a real ride...

I thought that too at first,but its gone away just out of
shape and I rode harder than I should have next time I
go easy till Im back in shape....

You really have to work on your people
skills,your "head on " introductions at rowher are
become the stuff of legends...

I have to hide my riding gear,so my wife doesnt see
it.If she knew I rode today she'll have a heart
attack...Doh!!!

Rode for an hour and a half on tuesday,even had my
front wheel wash out on me went down turned my
ankle,either from the bike landing on me or me trying
to get my leg out.That tells me I all better.Never had
that happen on a big bike
