    is this land still rideable. i havent been there in about about a year and would like to know.

    There are some trails and they go pretty far, there are some small jumps, and sometimes the FMX guys bring out the 8ft FMX ramp.

    101 and Scottsdale is actually Scottsdale and Mesa/Fountain Hills border.
