The GPR's are VERY pretty, and I darn near went with one because of that,a good unit but the Scotts not damping back to center was the reason I went with the Scotts, though I know there is endless debate on this. A recent article said you don't even know it's there-till you take it off.I like that, and a GPR equipped 250X I rode kind of irritated me with that resistance back to center, though I'm sire you'd get used to it.
They are both good units,no question. I do see a clear trend in the GPR needing that free service though.
However, some big names have won with the GPR too, so I know it can do the job. Doug

what do you all think of the stock kickstand? for me it's heavy and doesn't tuck up out of the way. what do you think about swaping it for a Pro Moto Billet Kick-it stand?
