how to gain some weight?

    or you can do like me, work 12-14 hrs a day, 6 & 7 days a week, not work out and eat junk food...

    I used to work for GNC and if its a good store you should be able to just ask them they will point you in the right direction.

    I would recommend a mass gainer protein, they have higher amounts of protein, complex carbs, and calories. You can mix whatever flavor you choose with 2% or whole milk and maybe fruit, ice cream, or peanut butter. Try different things to find what you like best.

    As mentioned by others continue exercise and a balanced diet.

    There is no shortcut or fast way to gain the weight. Instead of use the proper work out schedule everyday and according to that use the food those are rich source of proteins and carbohydrates. Your work out and diet should be good enough to maintain the body.
