I just wanted to share my new training routine with everyone.
A guy at my gym told me for motox to walk for 1 minute at a pace of 4.0 on the treadmill. Then run at a pace of 6.0-8.0 for 1 min. Then after this do 15-20 pullups, 15-20 squats (with no weight), 15-20 pushups, and 25-50 situps.
He said to do this for 5 sets. 3 x a week for 4 weeks. And on off days try to do around an hour of cardio.
Well, I'm going on a week of doing this and I feel so much better than when I was lifting heavy weights. I will let you know how much weight I have lost after the four week mark.
