Legs?

I ride a motorcycle almost everyday.
BUT
I do not have the time to ride my dirt as much as I would like. A lot of the riding I have done is through really whooped out sections of the desert. At the end of the day,(usually about 60 miles
) I feel it mainly in my legs.
Any recommendations on leg workouts that do not include going to a gym would be appreciated!

beau,
I have similar terrain out here in New Mexico. I would suggest running. It will give you more leg strength, but the biggest benefit will be increased endurance not only in your legs, but overall as well.
For some strength exercises, you could do wall-sits and squats without weight.

Look up "Plyometric training". Yes its used alot for high explosive sports, and while yes thats what it increases, also works out your legs alot and is easily done without any weights,

Bicycle my friend. Makes a huge difference! And is not near as rough on your body as running. NOne of the impact

If your still looking for suggestions..
Try some lunges, lets say 3 sets of 2 minutes for each leg. After a week or so, add weight (hold dumbbells in your hand).
You can also do squat jumps, 3x12.
Plyo's were already suggested, but the way I do them is to jump onto a chair about 1.5 to 2 feet tall, jump off backwards (not far, just enough to clear the chair) and as soon as you hit the ground you jump up as high as you can. So its jump on, jump off, jump high, land, repeat.
Your legs should be beastly in no time

Do you have stock suspension also? If so that could be a BIG part of it.
