Bought one with just a few Kms on it. After reading up, watching countless youtube videos, I have to say that it is just fine how it is.
I'm 70kg and the suspension is perfect for me. The bike had an expensive after market exhaust on it, but it was too loud so asked the owner to put the original back before the sale.

It's quiet, it has more than enough power for me, I'm not racing anyone. So after a serious trail ride today with stock gearing, I can say that all the reviews that say it's good but needs more power, all those who spend 1000's to get a couple more HP out of it, should have a good hard think about it. Why buy a 250 then go to extremes to try to turn it into a 450?

Glad you like the bike (post up some pictures..... you will need a hosting site like IMGUR or something to link your photos to , then paste the link to the picture into your post .... for IMGUR , use the Message Boards and Forums link) ....and you are correct , most people buy something less than what they actually want or need , then try to turn it into the bike they should have bought in the first place .... if you want a race bike , buy a race bike , if you want a dual sport trail bike , then buy that ... looks like you made the right choice ...
