Would anyone be able to tell me what the 'pivoting' hex key is for in the stock CRF250L toolkit??

I'm wondering about what A and B are?? I'm assuming C is just an extension for the axle wrenches?

A/B looks to be the Spark Plug Socket , and yes C is just a extension handle for the first 3 tools most likely Front/Rear Axle , and I am guessing the 17mm fits the plug socket ??
