Welcome to the site !!
It could be any number of things from valves closing up to a clogged fuel vent line , to a stator going bad ........
First thing is to verify it is getting gas to the plug and the plug has spark ... without either or both together , the bike will not run .....
A clean carb does not matter if there is no gas getting where it needs to go , so verify that ..... if you have a good blue spark , then try dipping the tip of the plug in gas , then reinstall it , then try to start it , if it has spark it should either start or try to ...... you need to verify the valves have not closed up or are out of adjustment , that can also cause issues , but usually starting issues but not running then dying issues ... it sounds to me like it is either a fuel starvation issue , or the stator or coil is breaking down/failing .... also make sure the kill switch is not accidentally grounding out while the bike is running , it can happen .... , the gas cap vent line can get mud daubers in it , they like to lay in holes , if that is the case the line may be plugged causing a vapor lock issue .... which will happen after running for a few
That is where I would start , eliminate each item , then move on till you have confirmed everything is as it should be , then report back with what you found ........
