I have a 03 crf450 with a small pin hole in the lower coolant hose in the middle. The oem replaced isn't available anymore. Will a 2007 hose work? They are different numbers but they seem very close to same shape in the diagrams.

That's bad news if parts are getting tough to find for our older bikes. Jim here on the site has a '02 450 maybe he has found replacements?
Have you looked into the aftermarket hoses they make? I know they come in lots of colors and they are silicone but it may be your only alternative.

Yea ,pretty much either used or Aftermarket is your only option , that is what I did with my 02 .... I got mine on EBay ..... Just choose the color you like ( I got yellow for mine to go with my color scheme at the time) https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R ... s&_sacat=0

You can get black if you wish , so just look thru the list . the ones I got were GPI Racing , and about $25.00 , and they are good quality Silicone hoses

Don't buy the ones from China .... only because they will take several months to get here ... the U.S. sellers will get them to you within a week or so (because of the current conditions with shipping)
