Hello Everyone,

I am new to Hondas and fell into a 2009 CRF250R that needs a complete upper and lower motor rebuild. I plan to do the work myself (previous military aircraft mechanic) and prior bike experience but not to this level of maintenance (lower end). Does anyone have a COMPLETE, RUNNING 2009 series CRF250R motor they are willing to sell? I would like a direct replacement otherwise I will be turning wrenches myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! I am in Virginia around the Quantico area and have no problem driving to pick up (within reason) if there is a deal to be had.

I think your best bet is going to be EBay ..... you should be able to find one with no issues , just when doing a search , set it for "Price + Shipping: Lowest First" instead of default "Best Match" , as the prices can vary widely depending on condition , etc.
