I’m in need of a new seat for my 05 crf250r and I found a nice used OEM seat from a 2008 model. Does anyone know if it will swap with an 05? Some seats are sold as compatible 04-09 and others I see as 06-09 so I want to make sure...

From what I gathered from the Parts Fiche , the part # for the 04- 05 is 77100-KRN-730 , from 06-08 it is 77100-KRN-A01 , but it says it is a superseded part # as does the 04 , which makes no sense since that was the first year , so most likely it is the same seat with just a updated part # for some reason , maybe seat cover or a foam upgrade ..... and 09 is 77100-KRN-A30 , and does not say superseded , and 10 - 12 is a different part # yet again

So I am going to say 04-08 is most likely the same seat
