Is there another model rear wheel that will fit up to a 2013 CRF250L? I'm not looking for a supermoto setup or anything, wanting a rear wheel ready to go with a bigger sprocket and full off road tire for when I want to go trail riding for a weekend or something. Seems difficult to find a wheel or even figure out a rim/spoke/hub combo to put my own together.

Unfortunately , with the L , you are kind of limited , As you mentioned , there are aftermarket Supermoto wheels , but not much else , what I would suggest is EBay , and find a used L wheel to add different gearing and a knobby ,,,, That is what I did with my R , I built 1 wheel set , then went on EBay and got a stocker , so I have 3 options , play tire , track tire and a hardpack tire , I geared mine all the same , but I think that would be your best bet , and it would be cost effective as well .............
