2016 CRF450x

Installed JD jet. Bike started up idled stalled out and now will not stay running unless we hold gas on. Needle jet position 4 main get 165. Opened up air box also.
What is your elevation ?? , and how many turns out is the fuel screw ?? , and what Pilot jet ?? , has the bike been sitting ?? , does it have FRESH gas ?? , is it popping on decel/off the throttle ??
