    Bike type: 06 250X
Front tire: Dunlop 742/Pirelli Scorpion Pro
    Front tire psi: 12-15
Rear tire: Dunlop 756/Pirelli MT 16
    Rear tire psi: 12-15
    Location: NCAL/N. Nevada
Type of terrain: everything from slimy mud, potting soil, shale rock and loose dirt on top of hardpack, to boulders and to desert sand and rock.
Comments: the Dunlop 724 was prone to washout unexpectedly and so far the Scorpion Pro is exactly the opposite. The tread on the MT 16 is a lot deeper and the sidewall is much stiffer than the 756, might be because its a 110 instead of a 100. The MT 16 has worked really well in the NCAL terrain but haven't had it in the desert yet.

Try a bridgestone m404 or dunlop 952 or 756. I have the m404 on my 150 and I raced it in sand and it didn't lose any of the squareness. The little hairs were still stuck on the middle bumps after 4 motos! It hooked up really well and works great in loose stuff like sand and mud. It is also very good in hard pack but wears a little quicker than it does in sand (duh). It was the easiest tire to mount I have ever put on- took about 5 minutes.

The 952 I have on my 125 and it is so worn down I can't really tell how it is (it has been on for 2+ years I'm guessing). I have a new one to put on and it is pretty stiff but looks like it will hook up well and hold up well.

The d756 is an old favorite of mine and hooks up very well almost everywhere. The only down side is that it wears pretty fast. The front tires last a long time though.

A combination I am putting on my 125 is a Dunlop 952 rear tire and a Bridgeston m403 front. They should wear about evenly since the front is soft and the rear is hard.
On my 150 I have the Bridgeston M404 rear and Dunlop 756 front. I have had them on since September and they are working great.

And yeah I am sure they still make it. It is one of their most recent tires to come out and should be available almost anywhere.

I like both the dunlop 756 and bridgestone m403.

    Dunlop 756 -- Front
    Michelin S12- Rear

This tire combo gets me and my X ~900 trail miles.
I replace the front once for every two back. The S-12 does the 'hard part' and that's the 900 miles I'm writing about.
Great for the "decomposed-granite" conditions here in CO.
