I was wondering if you guys thought 355 dollars for a rear wheel that was off a demo bike with only 5 hours on it is a descent deal?

Little pricey for a used stock setup. I imagine ebay would produce a cheaper price than that. If the parts on the wheel are aftermarket, then $355 is a good price and buy it!
