    Does anybody know the circumference of a two stroke 85's silencer? And does anyone know if the DB Snorkle will work on an 85 two stroke?

    Circumference...?? 3.14 times the diameter. I'd put the diameter at about 2-1/2 inches...so the circumference might be about 7-1/2 to 8 inches. Maybe a bit more.

    I have no idea what a DB snorkle is. Sry.

    I was too lazy.. I mean busy.. to look it up.. Interesting device. My son has a KX65... having one might let him tool around on trail behind our house without bugging the neighbors. Woodsman, if you get one, I'd be interested in knowing how much of a diff it made? thnx

    I don't have one but my dad is thinking of gettiong my younger brother a cr85 and is worried about the noise.
    How loud in comparison to my crf250x is a cr85?

    Only 2-stroke we have in the stable is a KX65... and it's pretty loud when it revs up. That high pitch 2 stroke Pingy sound. Maybe in addition to lowering the decibels, it lowers the tone a bit. I would thing that could help too if it does that.
