Thanks!

Just would like to give a little thank you 8)

After ordering a few parts from you guys i was impressed with the delivery and such, so i decided to order a few more parts.

I recieved an email saying it seemed i had a 450r due to past orders, and i accidently ordered a hammerhead shifter for a 250r.

Thanks alot for calling me and making sure i had ordered the right part (which i didn't). Saved me some time and a headache, and i know the some other shops i have ordered from wouldn't have even thought twice before sending it out to me. I don't plan on buying anything from anyone else ever again.

I hear and see these poor bastards letters in Dirt Bike, etc all the time who have no idea what they are doing or where to go for parts, all they had to do is log on here. Ken aint the cheapest, but he is very helpful, and the service is GREAT. Plus he lets us post stupid pics, jokes and advice here which is the best part, meeting other guys to ride here in So Cal.

thanks for the feedback! we actually get excited when we find an order that doesn't look "right". it means we have an opportunity to deliver some unexpected service. i'm not encouraging this but when it happens we do our best to recognize it and get to the customer to get it right.
