Hey guys, in need of some help, my side cover was leaking so we removed the clutch to remove the side cover and fit the new gasket, upon reinstalling the clutch we tensioned the clutch basket nut to 69nm per the specs in the book, and we tensioned the clutch spring bolts to 13nm per the specs, but the problem now is the clutch is not engaging at all, we start the bike and put in gear and it stalls, have tried adjustment but this doesn't seem to fix the problem at all - Can anyone please give us any ideas on what may be the problem - Thanks in advance for any assistance guys!!

It sounds like it is not disengaging ? Either way - Take the cover back off - You got something back together wrong. Time for a inspection. Actuator arm probably ?
