04 crf250r hard to kick after new crank install

Had a new crank installed on my bike and it's really hard to kick after I put it back together. It will start and runs fine once it's started. It's way to hard to kick over thinking it is the auto decompression thing on the cam possibly? Can you adjust that

Welcome to the site !! \:D/

No the De-compressor is not adjustable on that model , the timing could be off 1 tooth , all 3 marks have to be aligned (inside Ignition cover small round plug , 2 marks on the cam sprocket with mark on head , and inside the large round cover on the clutch cover) if all those are aligned , then its in time

I triple checked the timing seems spot on. Checked valve clearance one exaust valve is way to tight. Auto decompression seems to be functioning. When it's TDC should the decompression nob be on the exhast rocker and when it rolls across it the click isn't very noticeable and doesn't seem to move much. Its really hard to kick at the top of kick and gets smoother t wards the end of the kick. Is impossible to bump start the back tire just drags when you kick it in gear 1st or 2nd
