    WideBand Commander

    by Freaker » Mon Apr 09, 2012 12:52 pm

I would like to hook up a wide band commander II to my crf 250r 2012 in order to help me finetune the ECU, but I cannot figure out which cable (color) goes to wich cable on the bike ! Can someone help me out ?
I've to hook up the grey cable of the WBC to the 0-5 V signal of the TPS, but I cannot find out wich color it is on the crf ?
WBC white/blue to negative ignition coil = black CRF.
WBC black/white to digital ground TPS sensor = green/red CRF.
WBC red to positive 12V = red 12V
WBC black ground frame = green or green/red CRF
So my problem is the 0-5 V signal of the TPS !
    Thx

No, a wideband commander helps you to finetune the ECU by calculating the air/fuel mixture at the moment. So you can adjust the ECU yourself.
A powercommander is an adjuster for the ECU. IOW a wideband helps you to tune a powercommander.

haven't used it. have you evaluated the GET Programming Kit to accomplish this?

Find GET way to expensive to buy it all. As I like to programm myself, software and all are for privat person little bit to expensive (for me).
