Why have I always problem when I buy new swingarm slider/chain guide kit, there are 1 cm between the two point under the swingarm, I hope you can see it on the picture (if there is a picture )
When I buy it say 05-06

Well I see what your saying there with the gap and poor fitment. I wouldn't like that either! Maybe best to get the part from Honda even though it will be a bit more it will fit correctly.

Had a few issues with some parts from aftermarket providers trying to make there parts fit to may years of the bikes and fitments end up like your on some bikes and fine on others but there part numbers are the same for both or many years.

You buy this from Ken on CRF's only. If so shoot him a e-mail and he will help you out I am sure but if you already ran it then probably can't do much.

Now I have mount the chain, so you realy can see the "problem" What I don't understand is, that I have bought this slider (in UK) and it's the slider from UFO, the same as CRF's ONLY buy it from and the model goes from 04-09, is i the only one with this "problem"

all of the slider only products from all of the slider manufacturers have CRF250R fitment for '04-09 as the same slider. the '10-12 version is different. so, check first to make sure you received the '04-09 version. Honda has the same part number from '05-09.

Unfortunately, I have thrown out the packaging, but I bought it as 05-06. The UFO parts was in the original packaging, I have the same problem for more then 1 year ago, but can't remember how I solve it
