honda has different part numbers for both the clutch kits and the individual springs. hinson however has the same kit for '04-09 CRF250R. so, they may work...i've just don't have personal experience using them in a '04.

I know its an old bump, but I put the 06 springs in my 04... Worked fine. Guessing it was maybe a difference in spring rate or something??

honda will change part numbers for many reasons...even if it's the same part just coming from a different manufacturer.
