    Bent Radiator!

Hey guys. I got a set of Works Connection radiator braces today and was working on intsalling them when I found out that the braces may have been a little bit too late. I installed the left brace successfully and was working on lining up the right brace when I noticed that something wasn't right with my right radiator. It was not mangled like some radiator pics. ive seen but it def. had a notable dent (looked as if it occurred from a side impact of sorts) which was pushing the bottom part of the radiator inwards (the brace wouldn't line up right). Also, on the right hand side of the right radiator, some of the thin metal sheets (arranged in a triangular pattern) were dented and contorted as a result of the blow. However, I have ridden the bike several times since this occurred (im pretty sure it had to have happened during a bad crash a couple weeks ago) and everything seems to be in good working order. if something is wrong, where are the best places to get radiators fixed? i dont really feel like spending $500 or w.e. for new rads. thanks. ill try to include some pics sometime tomorrow. Thanks again!

Don't know about getting one fixed in your area.

A new radiator isn't as bad as one might think.

The right Rad on a 250R is only $114.95.

Thanks ~. I had no idea that a new radiator was that inexpensive. I will certainly look into getting a replacement. The thought of paying $115 now to fix the radiator right is certainly more appealing than the thought of having to fix a fried motor. Thanks again!
